Are you a Maintenance Supervisor with solid paint experience?  Are you a Maintenance Supervisor who wants to work 3rd shift in a fast paced automotive environment?  If you can answer "yes" to these questions, you should consider this opportunity.

Due to an internal move within its organization, our client is seeking a Paint Maintenance Supervisor.  In this role you  will work third shift, 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., and you will be responsible for scheduling, directing, and supervising 3-4 paint line Equipment Technicians.


  • Schedules the paint line equipment technicians to maintain efficient operation of the paint process.
  • Coordinates and supervises the equipment technicians to perform preventative maintenance on paint robots in order to maximize paint line up time.
  • Assures that service and maintenance is performed on ancillary equipment to maximize paint line up time and efficiency.
  • Orders supplies as needed to perform the job,
  • Follows all safety and personal protective equipment requirements while maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Documents servicing and maintenance activities as required..
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred or equivalent related experience and/or training.  
  • Experience with electrostatic spray equipment.
  • Experience with paint robots, preferably Fanuc P250s with R-30ia and R-30ib controllers.
  • Experience with operating and maintaining circulation systems and associated equipment including. pumps, agitators, flow meters, and regulators.
  • Electrical experience a plus.
  • Supervisory experience
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
