Due to a recent promotion, we seek a seasoned electrical controls engineer for a central Wisconsin client; a well established and a globally recognized leader in their industry. We seek proven skills and success as an electrical engineer working in an industrial manufacturing setting. Reporting to the Engineering and Maintenance Director, you will be a team player and self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will use your strong skills in PLC programs, logic, and equipment. You will come up with ways to upgrade and streamline the production processes. You will use your proven communication, coordination and project engineering skills to work with production, making changes to the processes, displays, controls and monitoring systems.

Title: Senior Controls Engineer 
Location: Central Wisconsin. 
Commutable from Stevens Point, Appleton, Green Bay, Oshkosh, Shawano, Waupaca, Wausau. A nice choice of rural, suburban or metro living, offering a lower cost of living.
Compensation: Base salary. Full benefits. Relocation assistance is offered.

Musts: Strong technical skills, knowledge base, and understanding of electrical controls. Project management experience. Solid troubleshooting of control systems with the ability to offer solutions and technological assistance to the members of the maintenance team.

Highly desirable: Networking skills and fiber optic knowledge. The ability to maintain ultra-high-speed networks.
