We are seeking a qualified energy manager/analyst who is energetic and motivated to work as a Building Monitoring Analyst to help manage and monitor energy use within buildings. The Building Monitoring Analyst will play an integral role in the following:
Primary Responsibilities:
· On and off-site analysis of commercial buildings to improve their energy performance and sustainability.
· Manage monthly monitoring and reporting programs for a portfolio of buildings.
· Develop recommendations through detailed analysis of building data, liaise with building managers and co-ordinate recommendations, actions and responses.
· First line support for technical queries, manage some client administration tasks and work closely with design engineering, implementation and project teams to deliver client briefs.
Required Skills:
· Strong background required in building services and electrical or mechanical Engineering with a minimum of five years experience.
· Energy management, Sustainability and Environmental Sciences training/background is preferable, technical computing skills essential.
· Advanced Excel spreadsheet and data analyst skills required.
· Facilities Management experience
· HVAC knowledge
· Building Controls experience
· Energy auditing preferable
· Superior communication skills, ability to lead and motivate other essential.
· Certifications in CEM and PE desirable
